The official inauguration of the Association has been hold at the French Embassy in the presence of M. Denis Mazeaud, President of the Henri Capitant France Association, on the 22 April 2014.
Participation to the seminar on “The legislative process in Cambodia – Achievements and Challenges” organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation at the Sokha Hotel, Sihanoukville. The foundation asked Mr. Hisham Mousar, member of the Scientific Council to kindly make a written contribution in their third publication devoted to the Cambodian constitutional law.
Participation to the 2014 International Phnom Penh Campus organized by the Paris Bar with the legal contribution of the Association Henri Capitant France, represented by Professor Philippe Dupichot, the Minister of Justice Ang Vong Cambodia S.E.M. Vathana and the President of the Cambodian Bar Association S.E.M. Bun Honestly were also present.
