The Association Henri Capitant Cambodia is delighted to present the new book of its secretary general, Kan Sothpolin, professor specialised in Intellectual Property Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics, entitled Intellectual Property Law : Copyrights, trademarks and patents.
The day after its official inauguration at the French Embassy, the Henri Capitant Cambodia Association has organized a conference regarding “The values of continental law through the modernization of the law and the questions regarding the reform of the law”, which has been hold at the National University of Management on the 23th April 2014.
The official inauguration of the Association has been hold at the French Embassy in the presence of M. Denis Mazeaud, President of the Henri Capitant France Association, on the 22 April 2014.
