Participation of the Henri Capitant Association to the seminar on “The legislative process in Cambodia – Achievements and Challenges” organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation at the Sokha Hotel, Sihanoukville. The foundation asked Mr. Hisham Mousar, member of the Scientific Council to kindly make a written contribution in their third publication devoted to the Cambodian constitutional law, that will be published in the course of the year 2016.
