Publication: “Handbook of Cambodian constitutional law” – 2016

In partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Foundation, the Henri Capitant Association in Cambodia and its members have participated to the drafting of a publication dedicated to the Cambodian constitutional law, that will allow the civil society to better understand the general constitutional framework of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

From June 17th to 19th 2016, the Association Henri Capitant in Cambodia participated to the Law Talk on “Fairness and Integrity of the Electoral Process in Cambodia” organized by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Foundation (KAS) in Sihanoukville. The Association was represented by its president Prasnar YI.

Participation to the seminar on “The legislative process in Cambodia – Achievements and Challenges” organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation at the Sokha Hotel, Sihanoukville. The foundation asked Mr. Hisham Mousar, member of the Scientific Council to kindly make a written contribution in their third publication devoted to the Cambodian constitutional law.
